Shipping policy

Processing time. Most orders ship within two business days of processing. Large corporate and white-label orders may take longer, and we'll confirm the timing with you.

Carriers. We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. White-label and bulk corporate orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse.

Delivery estimates. Delivery times vary by location. Most orders arrive within a few business days of shipping, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Contact us about rates for bulk corporate orders.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund through our fulfillment partner.

International shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.
